Two minutes, then AskHmm watches your inbox.

Use the Chrome extension for Gmail and Outlook on the web, and the add-in for the Outlook app on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android. Both are free to start.

Chrome: Gmail and Outlook on the web

AskHmm is in private testing, so for now it installs from a file instead of the Chrome Web Store.

  1. Download AskHmm for Chrome and unzip it.
  2. Open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode (top right).
  3. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped askhmm-chrome folder.
  4. Open Gmail or Outlook. AskHmm appears as a small dot in the bottom-right corner when you open an email.

Outlook app: Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android

  1. Download the AskHmm add-in file.
  2. In Outlook on the web, go to Settings → Get add-ins → My add-ins → Add a custom add-in → Add from file, and choose the file.
  3. AskHmm now shows a Check sender button on every email, in every Outlook app on that account.

Company accounts: your IT admin can install AskHmm for everyone from the Microsoft 365 admin center with the same file.

Open AskHmm on any email, choose Pro, then I have a licence key, and paste the key from your confirmation page or receipt.
